A different type of consultancy
In 'typical' consultancy, if coaching is offered it tends to focus on superficial process and environment interventions where programmes are developed without any insight into or support for the PEOPLE who are expected to do something differently. The result of these types of interventions if often resistance, stress, staff attrition rates and ultimately failure to deliver the anticipated changes or benefits.
The approach I offer is based on how our minds and bodies actually work, what drives and motivates us (and how that will be different for different colleagues and customers) and what could be happening at an unconscious level that aids or deters us from 'getting the job done right'.
People who are specialists in their field are not necessarily the best natural business managers or leaders and sometimes, the best leaders and teams can struggle to work effectively with some. Fortunately, the skills and abilities we associate with being The Best can be developed and even already excellent managers can always learn something new.
Helping leaders to gain insight and understanding into the nuances of human behaviour, change theories and the neuro-linguistic connections can yield quick and significant results.
